Mindful Meditation

Mindful Meditation is very useful to improve your attention and it has been used for many years. It also help you to recognize your breathing and you can focus on physical sensation. Whether you are struggling with stress, anxiety, depression, and trauma.  One way of getting us motivation to do meditation is to understand the impact it has on our brains.

It helps the brain by:

1. Helps to grow areas in our brain that is responsible for learning and memory.

2.  It shows a reduction in the fear center of the brain (amgdala) and increase the rational brain (prefrontal cortex).

3. It also lowers depression scores.

4. Areas in our brain that is connection to empathy and compassion.
